All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds or returns are offered once access is granted.

Digital products are provided for personal use only, unless a separate commercial license is explicitly stated or agreed upon in writing.

Physical Products

Physical products may include limited-run or made-to-order items such as 3D printed objects.

Because many items are produced individually, minor variations in finish, texture, or appearance are normal and expected.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production volume, material availability, and carrier performance.

Commissions & Custom Work

Commissioned projects are collaborative and iterative by nature.

By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge:

  • Scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined prior to production

  • Significant changes after approval may require additional cost or time

  • Ultra Optimizers reserves the right to decline projects that are misaligned or outside scope

Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are defined per project and do not transfer by default.

Use & Responsibility

All products—digital or physical—are provided without guarantees of fitness for a specific purpose.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the use, modification, or application of any item acquired.

Ultra Optimizers is not liable for misuse, improper application, or secondary consequences resulting from use of its products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Optimizers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its offerings.
