Returns

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Returns are accepted only for physical items that arrive damaged or defective.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Return authorization is required prior to sending any item back.

Custom and digital items are not eligible for return.
