Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and custom work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Digital files are delivered instantly or upon completion. Once delivered, digital items are non-refundable.

Custom projects involve time, design effort, and resources. Once a commission has been approved and work has begun, it is non-refundable.

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification by the buyer.
